Episode 26-A ("PEP-TALK" Getting over the bumps in the road!)

This episode starts with an amazing poem by Kahlil Gibran.  Then I speak about how what goes up must come down and how we would not have happiness if it weren't for our sadness like how Kahlil describes it in his poetry.  I talk about how we have to preserver in times that are rough in order to allow us to feel all the appreciation later once we have gotten over those humps in the road.
